FAQ's
The setup fee covers everything we do to build your GrowSite™. This includes: setting up PayPal or Stripe integration, implementing the design of your choice, building the layout of all the pages, importing events and blog articles, importing members (if you have memberships), and all the hundreds of little details that go into it.
Great question! Our Standard and Premium plans are very similar, because both come with us handling all the technical aspects of your website! But here are the differences…
Standard: You get up to 5 GB of space, and are responsible for adding blog posts, changing content, and also making sure that content is mobile friendly when you add it.
Premium: Our concierge service! You get up to 10 GB of space, and WE will update your blog, content and more for you! Just send us an email or give us a phone call and tell us what you need!
Yes. If you have more than 5 websites that you want to host on our platform, we can offer a bulk discount for you. Keep in mind we are still providing the same support, backups, and security for each one.

Do I get stock images?
YES! We provide unlimited FREE stock photos for you via Unsplash photos! The best part is you don’t need to leave your website to use them as we’ve connected their photo gallery right into the admin side of your GrowSite™!
We already have a website, do we have to start from scratch?
No. We’ll migrate all your content over that you provide in the Content Doc (you’ll receive this after signing up).
Please note: we’ll need to rebuild your website on our system in order to take advantage of our services. The good news is, we can just about duplicate any design (we’ve done it before!). So chances are pretty good that you won’t miss a beat with your current website design.
Alternatively we can help set up a new design for you!
Can I use my own custom theme?
No, but we can still match any design! Our platform is optimized for building a GrowSite™ as effectively as possible.
So custom themes aren’t really necessary as we already have a system in place to create just about anything!
Who owns my website content?
YOU own all of your website content, including text, images, and members or donation information that is collected on your website.
GrowNP owns the platform the website runs on, including themes and templates, and our proprietary custom features we’ve created for it.
The platform is powered by WordPress – which means there are certain parts of the platform which are not owned by you or us, but the WordPress community as part of the open source project.
We will provide an export of your website data upon your request.
